The story behind the name
Ourania was born in Lysimachia. She lived her entire life in this village, on the edge of the lake, surrounded by the same mountains that you see today. The kalyva carries her name because some places — and some people — should not be forgotten.
The sheep still graze on the hillsides. The lake still reflects the same mountains. The village has not changed. When you stay here, you stay in something real.
